Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days and we aim to have all orders shipped within 7 business days, with processing beginning 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Every order is carefully processed, quality-checked and packaged before dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable Australian public holidays. Weekends and public holidays are not counted towards processing times.
